Having had the mother of all mid-life crises a couple of years ago, I am now trying to pick up the pieces as I cope with being separated from my husband and heading towards divorce. My two boys, however, make it all worthwhile.
What child of 1970's South Africa doesn't remember doing this? Our pool is non-functioning and the temperature is in the thirties today - it seems that noughties kids can have just as much fun with a simple sprinkler as we did back then!
